EXNER EXSPECT PROCESS MONITORS
EXspect process monitors provide accurate and repeatable turbidity measurement with local readout. Units are manufactured from 316L stainless steel and have sapphire optical windows for durability and resilience. A touch screen display allows for both user interaction and continuous indication of process turbidity value. EXspect process monitors are installed inline using a sanitary metal to metal sealing method, removing the need to periodically replace elastomer seals. For installation, a range of fittings are available to facilitate easy implementation in your plant.
Expect sensors have the following exceptional features:
- Compact design with integrated electronics and touch screen display
- Resilient sapphire windows
- Hygienic design – suitable for CIP/SIP
- NIR LED source guarantees steady and long-life signal
- Integrated digital and analog output
- Intuitive configuration
- Process monitoring and documentation
- Liquid free calibration and testing using EXcap solid state reference filters

EXNER EXCAP CALIBRATION ACCESSORIES
Make the calibration checking and verification of EXcell probes, EXspect turbidity monitors and EXplore turbidity probes easy using EXcap solid state calibration reference standards. EXNER calibration standards are available for both absorbance and backscatter versions of these instruments with a range of different values to ensure that they are working to specification.
To use, EXcaps are simply applied to an instruments’ process interface to simulate a known and repeatable measurement response. EXcaps are supplied in a protective case with each being permanently marked with its simulation value. All EXcaps are supplied with a calibration certificate.
