RHE 16
The RHE16 transmitter is a multi-function transmitter that measures flow, density and temperature simultaneously and can be configured to a variety of SI and ANSI units of measurement. It provides added functionality over the RHE14 for users who want to be able to measure volumetric flow and density in addition to mass flow. Communications is through Modbus over a robust RS485 serial connection.
As an additional convenience, the RHE16 can be compact mounted directly on any RHM sensor. The RHE16 is configured and operated through the RHECom software package through a USB connection or over the RS485 serial connection. RHECom is available for download at no cost from the Rheonik website. A fully detailed Modbus register set allows developers to read and write all parameters to and from the transmitter.

RHE 21

RHE 21
The RHE21 is an advanced function, explosion proof, field mount transmitter. With a corrosion resistant stainless steel enclosure and through-glass operation capability, the RHE21 is rated to IP67 and suitable for the most extreme of installation environments. Multifunction capability provides real time mass and volumetric flow plus density and temperature indication. As an option, external sensors such as pressure transducers or precision densitometers may be connected for even greater measurement accuracy. Features such as API Standard Volume correction and Net Oil calculation are available. The RHE21 supports connection to any of the wide range of RHM series of mass flow sensors and can be supplied with a tamperproof switch for critical applications. When the unique Rheonik Assurance Factor® advanced diagnostics package is included, the RHE21 gives headache-free operation and provides deep insight into measurement conditions for precise process control.

The RHE26 transmitter is designed as a low cost, minimal footprint, panel mounted flow transmitter. For OEM installations, an optional accessory is also available to adapt the RHE26 for DIN rail mounting inside a panel or enclosure. Power supply is 12 – 24Vdc. The user interface consists of a high clarity color display and three pushbuttons operating an intuitive menu system. Cable connection is through convenient pluggable headers on the back panel of the instrument.
The unit provides a front panel USB port for connection of the RHECom software package. RHECom is available for download at no cost from the Rheonik website. The unit can be configured to display mass flow, volumetric flow, density and temperature. It also has a comprehensive set of forward, reverse and net totalizers. Units of measurement can be selected from a wide variety of both ANSI and SI units. Fully featured Modbus over RS485 is included as standard.
The RHE26 is available with the Assurance Factor and Assurance View advanced diagnostics. Assurance Factor provides a single value measurement confidence factor while Assurance View allows review of a multitude of diagnostics indicators. Screen color changes depending upon Assurance Factor value, giving real time indication for measurement confidence.
The RHE26 transmitter can be used with an RHM sensor in a hazardous area (RHE26 in safe area).
RHE 27

The RHE27 transmitter is a fully featured panel mounted flow transmitter. Power supply options are AC power, DC power or both, where DC can be a battery and act as backup power if the AC goes out. The user interface consists of a high clarity color display and three pushbuttons operating an intuitive menu system. Cable connection is through convenient pluggable headers on the back panel of the instrument. A wide variety of I/O options are available, including double pulse outputs and analog input for pressure corrections.
The unit provides a front panel USB port for connection of the RHECom software package. RHECom is available for download at no cost from the Rheonik website. The unit can be configured to display mass flow, volumetric flow, density and temperature. It also has a comprehensive set of forward, reverse and net totalizers. Process specific features such as corrected volume to API standards, net oil calculation and standardized gas volume are available. These features remove the need for additional flow computer equipment to provide a low cost solution where such requirements are needed.

The RHE28 is an advanced function transmitter in a rugged epoxy coated enclosure designed for field mounting. With enclosure ratings up to IP67, the RHE28 has the flexibility to be installed in both ordinary and hazardous areas (Zone 2). Multifunction capability provides real time mass and volumetric flow plus density and temperature indication with the option of connecting external sensors such as pressure transducers or precision densitometers for even greater measurement accuracy. Features such as API Standard Volume correction and Net Oil calculation are available. The RHE28 supports connection to any of the wide range of RHM series of mass flow sensors and can be supplied with a tamperproof switch for critical applications. When the unique Rheonik Assurance Factor® advanced diagnostics package is included, the RHE28 provides deep insight into measurement conditions for precise process control and optimization.

The RHE45 represents a new level of technology, flexibility, and reliability for mass flow measurement.
The Rheonik RHE45 is available as either a blind unit or with an optional color backlit display with 3-button keypad for local operation, making it ideal for both OEM users and end users alike. With fast and easy configuration provided using the fully featured RHECom professional software package, Rheonik flow meters with a RHE45 transmitter on board provide reliable, high performance measurement at an exceptional value. The brand new electronic front-end design is fully digital and designed to optimize sensor drive, ensuring the very best measurements possible. Using the RHE45, uncertainties for both mass flow and density are significantly reduced compared to transmitters of previous generations.
To help minimize installation costs, the RHE45 is designed to mount directly onto an Omega sensor, and can be used with every size sensor, from ¼” to 12” line size. Power and I/O connection is fast and easy through convenient plug-in connectors on the transmitter enclosure. Through the Rheonik AnyInterface Commitment, the RHE45 can be configured to support a wide variety of standard bus and communications protocols—Ethernet, Modbus, ProfiNet, EtherCat, PowerLink, Profibus, CAN, and others—the RHE45 is IIoT/Industry 4.0 ready!
